Ethical management not only complies with economic and legal responsibilities but also the ethical responsibilities expected by social norms and basic obligations in carrying out business activities. It makes sure that the company complies and pursues the observance of corporate ethics as the principles of conduct.
SK pucore will play a key role in social and economic development by creating value for all stakeholders, which include clients and shareholders, and continuously contributing to human happiness.
For this purpose, SK pucore has created a Code of Ethics Guide for our executives and employees to serve as a basis for behavior and judgment in all management activities. Ethical management education (basic and advanced), surveys, newsletters, pledges, and reporting and counseling systems are operational and being carried out within the company. All SK pucore members observe and practice the Code of Ethics and the Code of Ethics Guide in order to create a fair and transparent corporation.

The purpose of the Code of Ethics Guide is to stipulate necessary provisions needed to correctly implement the purport of the Code of Ethics to SK pucore's employees.
All SK pucore employees, executives, and investment companies that practice SK pucore's management rights must be fully aware of and comply with this Code of Ethics and Code of Ethics Guide.
Questions about the Code of Ethics and the Code of Ethics Guide should be made directly to the leader of the organization or the department in charge of ethical management.
3.1. Basic Ethics for Employees
All SK pucore executives and employees will perform their work based on the principle of good faith and take responsibility for their results.
All employees clearly understand their roles and will comply and familiarize themselves with the Code of Ethics and all related regulations.
If an employee sees another employee violating the Code of Ethics, they must report it to the company without delay.
3.2. Prohibiting Conflict of Interest(利害相衝) Practices
In case of conflict of interest that relates to work performance, all employees shall act in the best interest of the company.
All employees will make every effort to prevent any type of conflict of interest at the company from occurring, and if a conflict of interest were to arise, they shall report it to the company immediately.
Examples of conflicts of interest
A. Employees entering an agreement or transaction with the company through a third party
B. Any financial conflict of interest directly or indirectly involving rights/obligations with the company's competitor or transaction party
C. Misappropriation of company property or information for personal purposes or gain
D. Exerting unfair influence on a vendor by using their business position to solicit special benefits or considerations
E. Engaging in a side job that consumes enough effort to impede the employee's obligations at work or in their performance
F. Unfair acquisition of the partner's stocks
3.3. Anti-bribery(授受) and Corruption
All employees will conduct business activities in a transparent manner. Employees are prohibited from offering or receiving money, valuables, or entertainment from contractual or related parties regardless of relevance to the job.
Regardless of your intentions, if you receive money or valuables then you must return it immediately or report it to the company.
However, meals and gifts are prohibited by relevant laws and social norms in order to maintain healthy and sound relationships.
4.1. Protection of Physical Assets
Company assets may not be used for personal use or transferred or loaned to a third party without approval.
The company's budget shall be used appropriately for its designated purpose and recorded in accordance with accounting standards and procedures.
In the event that a company loss occurs, report it to the company immediately and take measures to prevent further loss.
4.2. Protection of Intellectual Property
The company's internal management information will not be disclosed to the outside without prior approval.
We do not provide our client's personal information to third parties illegally, and we do not engage in illegal or immoral practices that could harm the interests of our clients.
We actively protect the company's intellectual properties such as patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
The company's confidential information must be kept secure in accordance with relevant regulations, and company information can only be disclosed after undergoing a set of procedures.
The intellectual property rights of third parties will be equally protected and illegal software in particular will never be used.
All domestic and overseas business activities must comply with all laws and regulations of the relevant country and respect trade customs.
All transactions must comply with fair trade laws and company regulations. They must be conducted fairly in accordance with the free competition principle.
Accounting information will be accurately recorded in accordance with relevant laws, corporate accounting standards, and company regulations. Accounting information will not be manipulated or falsely reported.
All disclosure of management information to third-party stakeholders must be done transparently and fairly in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
Falsification of management information, such as false reporting (concealment, exaggeration/reduction, delayed report, etc.) shall be prohibited.
Product quality and safety management will satisfy relevant laws and customer requirements. Product performance and risks will be accurately disclosed.
Domestic laws, foreign laws, and international agreements related to safety/health/environment must be complied with. A safe working environment must be created and active participation in environmental protection activities will be made.
In accordance with the Improper Solicitation and Graft Act, a government official performing his/her duties shall not make, offer, promise to provide, or express his/her intentions through improper solicitations.
US's Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, UK's Bribery Act, and Korea's Act on Preventing Bribery of Foreign Public Officials will be complied with.
6.1. Department
The department in charge of the operation of the Code of Ethics and Code of Ethics Guide for employees shall be the Management Efficiency Team (ethics management team).
This management team shall respond to the advice of employees by providing guidance and education to the employees. They will also take appropriate disciplinary action against employees who violate the rules.
6.2. Protection of Whistleblowers
Employees who recognize the violation of the Code of Ethics and Code of Ethics Guide should immediately report it to their department leader of the department in charge of ethical management.
The company will not discriminate against the whistleblower for his/her fair reporting, related statements, and data submission.
Employees who cooperated with the investigation by providing statements and data in the process of fact-checking will also be equally protected as an informant.
If the whistleblower is discriminated against due to his/her reporting, he/she may request protection such as transferring to the ethics management department. The ethics management department will then take measures to establish, implement, and prevent a recurrence.
The person in charge of the whistleblowing case will keep the identity of the whistleblower and details of the report confidential. This information will not be disclosed against their will.
Any person who violates the protection regulations stated above will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant personnel regulations. (Retaliation measures such as disadvantage in personnel, disclosure of identity information or report details, or leaking related information in order to find the whistleblower, etc.)
6.3. Investigation Guidelines for the Protection of the Whistleblower
The Board of Audit shall conduct the investigation and will make sure that the protection of the whistleblower is a top priority and observe the following:
A. The person in charge of the audit investigation will not leak or imply any information or related content about the report without the prior consent of the informant.
B. All related data shall only be open to authorized persons only and will be kept strictly confidential. Paper documents acquired by mail or fax shall be kept separate with a lock.
C. Any leaked information about the whistleblower's personal information during the investigation will be punished in accordance with the relevant laws.
D. The ethics management department manager is responsible for educating and managing all security management guidelines in regard to the whistleblowing-related investigation.

Ethical Management Consultation
SK pucore provides consultations for the interpretation or application of the Code of Ethics and Code of Ethics Guide over ethical conflicts that may arise in relation to work or job performance by SK pucore's ethical management department. Counseling is done privately and the counselee's identity and consult details are kept strictly confidential and will not be disclosed against their will. Consults are processed as soon as possible and results will be returned in a way the consultee prefers.
Ethical Management Report
SK pucore shareholders, employees of partner companies, and clients are entitled to report unfair business practices, unreasonable demands, provision/receipt of money, valuables, and entertainment, and irregularities/corruption by SK pucore employees through conventional methods such as the ethical management website, phone, e-mail, mail, etc. Reports made are treated privately and the whistleblowing protection program is operational. A report can be made with confidence on any case or matter. Reports will be processed as soon as possible and results will be returned in a way the reporter prefers.

Privacy Policy
SK pucore co., Ltd's privacy policy is as follows:
Effective date: July 1, 2015
SK pucore co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") values your personal information and complies with the 「Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection」. Our privacy policy informs you of the purpose and method used for the personal information you provide and the measures taken to protect your personal information.

The Company will destroy any personal information collected after the purpose and use of the personal information have been achieved. However, the following information is retained for a specific period of time and for the following reasons:
* Items to be retained : Information obtained from customer consultation services and IR meeting applications (name, e-mail, telephone number, mobile phone number, organization name (company name), department, position, personal history, etc.)
- Retention period : 2 years
4. Procedures and Methods for Destruction of Personal Information
The Company will destroy any personal information collected after the purpose and use of the personal information have been achieved. Methods of destroying personal information are as follows:
* Destruction procedure
After the member signs up for a membership, the personal information will be transferred to a separate DB after the use of personal information has been achieved. (If membership signup was done on paper, the personal information will be transferred to a separate filing cabinet.) In accordance with internal policy and other relevant laws, personal information will be stored for the retention period and destroyed once the retention period expires. Personal information that has been transferred to a separate DB will not be used for any purposes other than the purpose of retention unless required by other laws.
* Destruction method
- Personal information recorded and stored in the form of electronic files will be deleted using a technical method to ensure that the records cannot be reproduced.
- Personal information recorded and stored on paper will be shredded with a paper shredder or incinerated.
5. Provision of Personal Information
The Company will not provide your personal information to a third party. However, exceptions will be made in the following events:
- The user provides consent.
- In the event that there are special provisions in other laws, or when there is a request from an investigation agency in accordance with procedures and methods set forth by laws and regulations for the purpose of investigation.
6. Consignment of Collected Personal Information The Company does not entrust personal information to a third party without the user's consent. If a need were to arise in the future, the user will be notified of the consignee and the details of the consignment. Prior consent will be obtained.
7. Rights of Users and Their Legal Representatives and How to Exercise Their Rights
Users and their legal representatives may inquire about or modify registered personal information for themselves or minors under the age of 14 at any time. They may also request the destruction of personal information.
(However, changes cannot be made during the admissions process.)
To view or modify the personal information of users or minors under the age of 14, click "Change Personal Information" (or "Edit Account Information", etc.). In order to cancel the account, click "Unregister Account." Go through the steps to verify your identity and you will be able to directly view, correct, or cancel your account.
You may also contact the department in charge of personal information in writing, by phone, or by e-mail, and action for your request will be taken as soon as possible. If correction of errors needs to be made to the personal information, the personal information will not be used or provided until all corrections have been completed. In addition, if incorrect personal information has been provided to a third party, that third party will be notified of the change immediately and corrections will be made.
If the user or legal representative requests for a withdrawal or a cancellation of personal information, the Company handles the personal information as specified in the "Period of Retention and Use" section and will not be viewed or used for any other purpose.

The Company uses cookies on the homepage that store and finds your information from time to time. Cookies are small text files sent to your browser by the server and are used to operate the company's website and are stored on your computer's hard disk. The Company uses cookies for the following purposes:

Target marketing and personalized services are provided by analyzing access frequency and visit time of members and non-members to understand users' preferences, interests, tracking traces, degree of participation in various events, and the number of visits. The user has the option to install cookies. Therefore, you may go to your settings options in your web browser and accept all cookies, block some cookies, or block all cookies.
* How to reject cookies
Example: The user can go to their settings option to accept all cookies, block some cookies, or block all cookies.
